Waiver Pickup Quality

Real points scored by every waiver add, 2025 season, counted only for the weeks that player was actually on the acquiring manager's real roster (uses weekly_scores as ground truth -- a later drop or the player moving to another manager naturally stops counting). Completes the other half of the bench-points analysis (Section 13's original ask).

Real caveat: total value scales with how many waiver adds a manager made, so a high total partly reflects real roster churn/activity, not just pick quality -- avg points per pickup is the fairer efficiency read. Real FAAB/waiver cost paid isn't factored in here yet.
