Both halves are pulled live -- "Recently Done" from real git history, "To Do" from every real open GitHub Issue (bugs and enhancements together, not split into separate lists -- one real backlog) -- neither is hand- maintained, so neither can drift from what's actually true. GitHub Issues is the real source of truth for open work as of 2026-08-09; this page is the fast, skimmable view into it, not a separate list to keep in sync by hand.
